My name is Dylan Blaty. I’m a visual designer who’s enjoyed solving problems in many different mediums, but where I really thrive is connecting people with meaningful brand experiences. I bring deep design thinking and a strategic approach to every project and I never settle for “good enough”. I am continuously striving to meet internal business goals while more importantly being an advocate for the people I serve. I have a diverse background in design; creating work for print, environmental experience, apparel, web, mobile, and e-commerce.

I am a graduate of the Graphic Information Technology program from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. While studying at ASU, I worked at their state-of-the-art, in-house print facility where I established a working knowledge of print technology and processes. At the end of my Junior year, I got hired on at Los Angeles-based apparel company RIPNDIP as a production designer. While finishing my degree online, I implemented systems for design and helped grow the company to a nationally recognized brand. Since RIPNDIP, I’ve worked at J&N Agency, a small print and design studio building branded web-to-print systems and e-commerce sites. The small size of our team at J&N has allowed me to grow my design skillset by being flexible and working on projects that span multiple media outlets and have several stakeholders.

I’m a wannabe surfer, an occasional skateboarder, a one-time cat hater turned owner, and I enjoy a nice Maxwell Street polish every now and then. Please feel free to contact me via email or reach out to me on any of these cool social places:
